Minecraft vs The Alters

VERDICT

Minecraft has 36,774 Twitch viewers right now. The Alters has 230 concurrent players. This is not an apples-to-apples comparison. One side reports live Steam concurrent players; the other has no public concurrent API, so the value shown is Twitch viewers as the closest popularity proxy. Minecraft is the more active title right now. Both games still have living audiences; the gap reflects today's momentum, not the long-term picture.
