By using howmanyplay.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What you can do
Browse the site as much as you like. Link to any page. Quote our figures in articles, videos, or social posts with attribution to howmanyplay.com. Embed our charts in personal projects.
What you should not do
- Scrape the site with automated tools. If you want bulk data, email us and we will see if we can help.
- Republish our data wholesale as your own service. Aggregating our numbers into a competitor product without a license is not fair use.
- Attempt to disrupt the site, attack our infrastructure, or probe for vulnerabilities outside of a responsible disclosure process. If you find a real security issue, email info@howmanyplay.com and we will work with you.
Data accuracy
We work hard to keep our numbers accurate, but Steam and Twitch APIs can lag, return errors, or miss updates. We provide everything as-is with no warranty. Do not bet money on these numbers.
Third party content
Cover art, screenshots, and trailers shown on game pages are the property of the respective game studios and publishers. We pull them from public Steam pages for editorial purposes. We do not host these assets. The images and videos load directly from Steam’s own CDN.
Trademarks and affiliation
All game names, logos, cover art, screenshots, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. howmanyplay.com is an independent editorial site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve, Steam, Epic Games, Riot Games, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, Activision, Roblox Corporation, or any game studio or publisher referenced on this site.
DMCA and IP takedown
If you are a rights holder and believe content on howmanyplay.com infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right, email info@howmanyplay.com with the following:
- The exact URL of the content you want removed.
- A description of the work that is being infringed.
- Your contact info (name, email, address, phone).
- A statement, in good faith, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.
